iGoogle Upgrade

Users of the GlobalSurfari iGoogle plugin can upgrade to the new localised version in a couple of super simple steps -

Step 1

 

  •  Click the drop down arrow on the iGoogle gadget and select ‘Settings’

Step 2

 

  • Enter the email address you used when you registered at GlobalSurfari.com

 Step 3

  •  Save changes and enjoy a more local surf report!

The surf report is linked to your ‘default location’ on Global Surfari. You can change this at any time be visiting http://globalsurfari.com, logging in, and managing your locations.

    the default location doesn’t seem to update on google when i change it here. also, i think it’d be a good feature to have a drop down menu to change location in the google widget

    one final comment - when looking at the surf forcast, i’m mostly looking to see what beach i should go to. it’d help a lot if there was a compact view with just the three graphs or perhaps just the wave height graphs for all my locations on the same page
